Where are my files?
Notice was emailed several months ago informing you that your account would be placed into dormant status if you did not login to the Account Manager. We sent a second email to notify you about this pending file removal. It has been at least 16 months since we've heard from you. As noted in the terms of service, our policy is to remove all files within your account after 16 months of no Account Manager activity. All files have been removed and cannot be recovered.
How can I prevent this from happening again?
Visit us more often. If you haven't logged into the
Account Manager even once in 16 months, we're worried you're no longer
interested in your account. Logging in to the Account Manager periodically
will let us know you're still here. If you feel there is something we could
improve at 250Free, please let us know. We honestly value your feedback.
